Refund/Return policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since receiving your order, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

(buyer pays return postage, postage cannot be refunded.)

Damaged on arrival or faulty products must be returned within 14 days (Please contact us for a resolution)

Electrical items have a 12 month manufacture warranty.

Change of mind within 14 days incurs a 10% restocking fee.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit car,  original method of payment or store credit, within a certain amount of days.


If you ordered the incorrect item and would like to exchange it please contact us to arrange.

Shipping returns

To return your items, Please contact us prior to returning any items to receive further instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Postage paid on your order is not refundable.
