Returns, Store Credit & Warranty Policy
π¦ Returns & Store Credit
Store credit only will be provided for approved returns, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
To be eligible:
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Return shipping is at the buyerβs expense.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Transaction fees (e.g. PayPal, Afterpay, etc.) are non-refundable.
π Do not return items without contacting us first β you will need a return ID for your item to be accepted.
π« Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned or credited:
- Gift cards
- Used or damaged items (unless faulty)
- Items returned without prior approval
- Sale or clearance items
π§ Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- Electrical items include a 12-month manufacturer warranty.
- Most products are covered for at least 12 months, excluding consumables (e.g. O-rings, seals).
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects only β not misuse, incorrect installation, or accidental damage.
We may request photos, videos, or a return of the product for assessment at buyers expense.
π Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong item and need an exchange:
- Contact us first to arrange.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Additional postage and handling charges apply.
β Your Consumer Rights
This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if a product fails to meet consumer guarantees.
