Platinum Potions - Premium Non-Acid Wheel & Tyre Cleaner

nano-TECH Wheel Cleanse is a premium quality, pH-neutral, non-acid, non-caustic, non-corrosive, high foaming wheel and tyre cleaner. This advanced and high foaming formulation safely and gently breaks down brake dust and road grime from wheels, brake calipers and tyres, even tackling caked-on brake dust from intense track sessions (wheels should be cleaned the same day after a track session event).

It’s safe for use on various types of factory and aftermarket wheels that have delicate paint finishes, including lacquered (clear coated) OEM alloy wheels and aftermarket wheels that have a gloss/matte/satin finish to them. nano-TECH Wheel Cleanse is ceramic-safe, containing lubricating surfactants and a fortified silica (SiO₂) that reduces microscopic scratches caused by contact wheel washing.

Additionally, nano-TECH Wheel Cleanse can be used on genuine OEM and genuine aftermarket factory painted “big-brake” calipers, helping dissolve fresh brake fluid built-up around the bleed nipples after a routine brake fluid flush and bleed. The cleansing ability will make using a brush seem like a breeze, and the fresh watermelon scent makes the cleaning experience pleasant.

This versatile formulation can also be used to clean tyre sidewalls without causing them to brown, effectively breaking down and removing old tyre shine/dressings. This leaves the sidewalls ready and primed for a fresh application of nano-TECH Tyre Shine.

Notes:

• This is not a "spray-on, rinse-off" wheel cleaner as it does not contain the acids that turn iron (brake dust) red/purple.
• Do not use on hot/warm wheels. 
• Do not use under direct sunlight.
• Do not allow to dry onto wheels.
• Do not use on raw (unpainted) wheels, such as bare aluminium and chrome.
• Do not use on wheels/brake calipers that have existing damage or starting to show signs of damage such as fading/peeling or cracking clear coat/paint.

Step 1.

Rinse wheel very well

Step 2.

Spray on one entire wet wheel

Step 3.

Agitate wheel with brush

Step 4.

Rinse wheel very well

Step 5.

Repeat steps 1-4 for each wheel

Warnings

1. Keep out of reach of children.

5. Do not keep Potions stored inside vehicle

• Never use Wheel Cleanse on raw (unpainted) wheels (such as aluminium).
• Never use Wheel Cleanse on warm/hot wheels, always make sure wheels are cool.
• Never use Wheel Cleanse on wheels & brake calipers that have damaged, faded or peeling paint/clear coat.
• Never allow Wheel Cleanse to dry onto wheel, only clean 1 wheel at a time.
• Always test on a small, inconspicuous area of the wheel to check for chemical/wheel/caliper paint compatibility.

First Aid Info

Inhalation: If inhaled remove person from contaminated area to fresh air. Apply artificial respiration if not breathing.

Skin Contact: If skin or hair contact occurs, remove contaminated clothing and flush skin and hair with running water. Continue flushing with water until advised to stop by a poisons information centre or a doctor.

Eye Contact: If in eyes, fold eyelids apart and flush continuously with running water. Continue flushing until advised to stop by a poisons information centre, a doctor, or for at least 15 minutes.

If Swallowed: For advice, contact a poisons information centre or a doctor, if swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Ingestion is considered unlikely due to product form.
